1.浇注工艺
浇注工艺分为移动浇注和定点浇注两种类型。移动浇注是用行走式搅拌机将物料配好下到搅拌机内,一边搅拌一边移动,到达模位后将搅拌好的加气混凝土料浆注入模具。定点浇注则是将搅拌机固定在配料站下方,使模具移动到搅拌机旁边,接受搅拌机内已经搅拌好的加气混凝土料浆,然后模具再移动到指定地点继续完成其发气硬化过程。
2.浇注成型工艺的主要设施
