蒸养车框架是由槽钢焊接而成的，下面安装有四个轮子。蒸养车要求承载力强，运行平稳。由于蒸养车的工作环境特殊，每天重复进出蒸压釜，而蒸压釜内的温度很高，蒸养车也就每天重复着热胀冷缩后就很难以恢复到原位，这样就产生了蒸养车轮子与轴的配合间隙。使蒸养车在运行中出现扭动，容易造成翻车事故。我厂生产的蒸养车采用了双锥磙子轴承，加以涨紧螺母锁定。轴承在不断的热胀冷缩后产生的配合间隙通过涨紧螺母使其配合紧密，有效的解决了蒸养运行的不稳定性，避免了翻车事故。
