仓壁振动器用途

    振动电机式仓壁振动器（亦称防闭塞装置）主要用于防止和消除料仓、料罐或料斗内物料的起拱、管状通道、粘仓等闭塞现象的推荐设备，以保证流料顺利下泄，提高物料输送的自动化程度。可广泛应用于电力、建材、煤炭、矿山、化工、冶金、铸造、轻工、食品、制药、粮食、交通等行业。
Applications

仓壁振动器结构

    仓壁振动器是应用振动电机的一个典型实例。仓壁振动器以振动电机为激振源，将底座与振动电机采用高强度螺栓坚固连接。

仓壁振动器使用和维护

    1、 防闭塞装置一般焊接在料仓下部起至仓高1/3--1/4处。
    2、 若非钢制料仓或有加强筋不易振动的料仓，应在仓内铺设振动板，将防闭塞装置焊接在振动板上，并一起坚固在料仓上。
    3、每月对电机轴承进行保养，补充润滑脂；定期清除机壳外积尘，改善散热条件，但不能用水冲洗。
    4、 定期检查绝缘电阻，坚固地脚螺栓，及时消除隐患。
Use and maintenance
