DFQ系列新型翻转切割机是近几年在保留原地面翻转切割机的切割原理及某些长处的基础上,在消化吸收国外先进技术的同时,联系实际,研制出的新型机。
该机机架采用立柱直接支撑纵梁,水平切割车为内挂式结构,简化了切割机的整体结构;横切升降机为新型跨域式结构;水平、垂直切割均采用齿轮、齿条传动和轮、轨导向,提高了切割机整体稳定性和坯体的切割精度;采用机电控制技术,解决了往返行程不等的“位移补偿”。以上技术均为国内加气混凝土行业首创。同时,采用了单油缸翻转和钢板焊接结构,解决了翻转同步性并提高了翻转架的刚度。切割机精度达到现行国家标准优等品的要求,切割机的主要性能达到国内同类产品的专业水平。

(11) 横切升降机构设计为新型跨越式结构。链条传动光杠定位,攻克了水平切割运动与垂直切割运动相干涉的难题,不仅使切割机高度整体下降,还明显提高了垂直切割精度和切割机的整体稳定性,杜绝了制品的“双眼皮”。
(12)垂直切割钢丝采用无级变速双向拉锯式前后错位摆动,既解决了崩边问题又解决了坯体在切割机上晃动的问题。
(13)水平切割增加了刮刀,切割出来的制品外观更整齐。
(14) 用机电一体的办法解决“位移补偿”。实现底面边料切割厚度可调,真正做到“六面扒皮”。
(15)采用一只油缸翻转和箱式钢板焊接结构,解决翻转同步性和提高翻转架的刚度。
(16)采用单油缸推进和同步齿轮定位的方式,有效解决大小车移动的同步问题,提高成品率。
